The mission of the Ontario Service Safety Alliance ("OSSA") is to be the leading provider of Health & Safety awareness, education, assistance and training within the Ontario service industry. To help create injury and illness free workplaces, OSSA connects companies in need of advice ("Clients") with third-party vendors ("Registered Service Providers") who have the experience to make Health & Safety an integral part of Clients' businesses.

As a condition of registration as a Registered Service Provider on the web site ("Site") of the OSSA, you agree to abide by the following principles:

  • To uphold the mission of the OSSA;
  • To advocate prevention-oriented solutions for Clients;
  • To protect the privacy of Client information entrusted to you;
  • To provide only those services you are competent to provide;
  • To comply with Health & Safety laws and regulations, and advocate compliance;
  • To identify fully the needs of Clients before determining a course of action;
  • To provide quality services to Clients;
  • To work in Clients' best interests;
  • To be accountable to Clients;
  • To resolve disputes using a solution-focused, common-interests approach;
  • To treat Clients (and prospective Clients) with dignity and respect.

You further agree not to represent yourself as having the endorsement of OSSA, or to have your work warranted or your liabilities indemnified by OSSA.
