OSSA is a place of rapid change where programming, priorities and our client base are constantly evolving. Remember, we're the new Safe Workplace Association on the block, so you'll never be bored, but you will be challenged.

We're a web-based company, so you need to be comfortable with technology and open to learning new computer skills.

The pace at OSSA is sometimes fast, and always steady. Raising awareness takes a lot of energy and hard work, but we also share a lot of laughs. Actually, there's never a dull moment, and if you need help all you have to do is ask.

We pay a lot more than 'lip service' to the concept of exceptional client service at OSSA. In fact, we've made a commitment to incorporate Total Quality Management into all of our business practices. We pride ourselves on building win-win, trusting partnerships
