MSDs / Ergonomics: Protect Your Employees and Your Business

42% of all lost time injuries are attributable to musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). This is a leading occupational injury, with even higher occurrence in the service sector.

MSDs include injuries such as back sprain, muscle strain, tendonitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Almost $18 million dollars is paid out annually in lost-time compensation to service industry employees for MSDs. This equates to having employees miss an average of 10 days of work.
