Tracking Our Progress

At OSSA, we monitor the success of our products and services very carefully.

In practical terms, this means that OSSA Advisory Committees and volunteer network review all of our new products and services. In many cases, our products are also piloted prior to general distribution in order to ensure that we effectively meet the needs of the business communities we represent.

In addition, OSSA periodically surveys clients and service sector firms to determine market needs, responses to OSSA programs, effectiveness of the delivery of those programs, program relevance and overall awareness. This allows us to answer important questions like:

• What kind of success rate are employers actually achieving using our products?
• How much time and money does it cost to implement an effective Health & Safety plan, or meet the training demands of a particular hazard?
• Is there a more effective way for members to access our programs and services?
