What is the Client Services Line?

OSSA's Client Services Line is a person-to-person telephone service that members of Ontario's service sector can use to get answers to their Health & Safety questions. Call today 1-888-478-OSSA. All inquiries are free of charge and completely confidential.

Client Services Line Functions

  • Product Ordering - You can order almost any of the OSSA's many products and services through our Client Services Line
  • Answer Questions - Available to answer questions on virtually any workplace Health & Safety topic, the Client Services Line will guide you to the correct source.
  • Access Consulting Services - Client Services can put you in touch with your local consultant and help you source other resources for your workplace Health & Safety requirements.

Client Service Line Hours

The Client Services Line is not an emergency response service. The client service line is available Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during regular business hours. If you call after hours, and you have a non-emergency query, you can leave a message and we will respond promptly the next business day.

Our Client Service Line representatives are able to answer your questions and provide the resources you need. With one call you can tap into OSSA's expertise in Health & Safety and access valuable information, products and services.
